Job Position:
Compliance Specialist
(Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration)
Compensation:
$75,000 - $90,000 Annually
Responsibilities:
• Oversee multiple customers’ compliance programs simultaneously.
• Facilitate end to end Process Hazard Analysis.
• Complete accurate Compliance Audits and GAP Analysis’.
• Perform close out meetings for Mechanical Integrity Audits including recommendation summary.
• Author, develop and maintain compliance program materials.
• Complete accurate Management of Change requests for customers.
• Assist engineering team with projects.
• Travel to and from customer locations.
• Occasional overnight travel to customers.
• Maintain expert knowledge of industry codes and standards.

Qualifications:
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree – not required
• 3-5 years of experience in Ammonia Refrigeration Industry
• Knowledge of IIAR/ASHRAE Codes and Standards
• Can travel by car to meet customers on a regular basis
• Valid Driver’s license
• Brings along a positive attitude and initiative for growth and success
• Has a good attention to detail/p>
• Has basic computer and mobile device skills, including Google Suite
• Has a keen eye for details and problem solving
• Mechanically inclined

Job Position:
Refrigeration Systems Technician
Compensation:
$35 – $45 / hour based on experience
Overtime
Responsibilities:
• Can work on Preventative Maintenances of refrigeration systems
• Have a good handle on corrective maintenance and root cause troubleshooting
• Understand Installation and Troubleshooting of Refrigeration Controlsp>
• Can conduct Mechanical Integrity Audits.
• Can conduct safety Inspections as it pertains to the refrigeration system in question
• Can perform Non-Destructive Testing on refrigeration piping and equipment
• Travel to onsite locations for customer technical support
• Interact with customers onsite professionally, adhere to local safety protocols
• Report mileage, gas, parts expenses for onsite work
• Report hours worked; time traveled on a regular basis
• Able to work weekends on occasions

Qualifications:
• 3 – 5 years of experience in Industrial Refrigeration
• High school graduate or equivalent
• MA Refrigeration Technician License or equivalent
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification
• Excellent Communication Skills. Must be comfortable speaking directly with customers about details of services being rendered onsite.
• Working knowledge of reciprocating, screw compressors, electrical troubleshooting, and common types of industrial refrigeration and / or gas compressor experience.
• Can travel by car to meet customers on a regular basis
• Must be able to climb ladders, stairs and able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
• Valid Driver’s license
• Brings along a positive attitude and initiative for growth and success
• Has a good attention to detail
• Has basic computer and mobile device skills
• Has a keen eye for details and understanding of clients’ needs

Job Position:
Refrigeration Systems Apprentice
Compensation:
$18 – $22 / hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
Assist technicians and engineers in day-to-day work including:
• PM Inspections
• Preventative, Corrective, and Reactive Maintenance
• Metal Fabrication including pipe fitting and welding
• Installation of Refrigeration Controls
• Mechanical Integrity Audits
• Safety Inspection
• Perform supervised Inspections, Testing and Maintenance
• Perform Non-Destructive Testing on refrigeration piping and equipment
• Deliver materials to job sites
• Assist with compliance projects when needed
• Attend required Apprenticeship Classes
• Acquire MA Refrigeration Technician License
